NYIGF Studio Preview: Meet Me Here

We love Meet Me Here's mission statement:

'Our aim is to brighten up the face of everyday life with a functional aesthetic that has the weightless energy of our future.  Each piece is made in our Seattle workshop.  This allows us the control to produce in small runs and to infuse our life energy and vision into everything we make.  We select our hides, fabrics and trims from local/ US sources and use surplus or recycled materials whenever they are available. We believe creating what we want to see in the world is the best way to change the world.'

The studio will bring a handful of their great products to the the gift fair including:

Block (above):
Chap suede body. Adjustable strap, Inside zipper compartment and organizational pockets. Folds in half and secures for a smaller profile. Also available in smooth black cowhide. Made in Seattle.
skinny strap
Skinny Strap:
Each fraction of hide is carefully chosen for it 's character then recut into a strap. Wraps multiple times. Also works as a belt.  Colors: white, neon yellow, neon orange, grey and black. Made in Seattle.

MMH's work will be on view at the JOIN booth at the NYIGF. Find JOIN next to the American Design Club at the Jacob K. Javits Center, Lobby Level 2, 9:00 am - 6:00 pm August 19 - 21; 2:00 - 6:00 pm August 22.
